BioCane Limited is an unlisted public company with over 240 shareholders comprising local Sunshine Coast cane growers, investors and the Board.

BioCane's wholly owned subsidiary Australian Sugarcane Feeds Pyt Ltd or ASF, is currently nearing completion of a plant on leased land near Nambour on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.

The new commercial plant expects to produce a target of 10 tonnes of CowCandy per hour and intends to export the product to buyers in South Korea and Japan.
